Columbus Surgery Center

Welcome to Columbus Surgery Center. Owned in part by SIS physicians. Columbus Surgery Center is licensed by the Indiana State Board of Health and follows all regulations and high quality standards required of all Ambulatory Care Surgery Centers.

All physicians and surgeons affiliated with the Center are board eligible or board certified in their specialty. Our goal is for you to have your surgical procedure and return home the same day.

General Information
The Columbus Surgery Center is located at the comer of 10th Street and Marr Road (940 North Marr Road). Please bring only one other adult with you. Children may be accompanied by both parents. We request that only the child scheduled for surgery be present.

Arriving on time is very important. Please allow yourself plenty of travel time (i.e. weather factors or traffic problems).

If you need to cancel your surgery, please call your surgeons office as soon as possible.
